T3 Elite Training develops athletes through speed, strength, and conditioning, the foundational skills that carry over to every sport. Our coaches are former NCAA Division I athletes, Big East Conference Champions, and experienced coaches who know firsthand what it takes to compete and succeed at the next level.
We work with athletes from youth through professional levels, customizing every program to the individual. No cookie-cutter workouts. No generic plans. Just focused, purposeful training built around each athlete's goals.
Assessment
We assess the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete through observation of running technique and execution of specific drills.
Planning
We develop a training plan for each athlete based on the assessment with individual goals and measurable KPIs
Implementation
We implement by isolating and focusing on individual weaknesses until all areas of weakness are addressed
Evaluation
We perform simple evaluations which are compared to the initial assessment.

The training was custom-made to my daughter's strengths and limiting factors. I appreciate that the training is not cookie cutter and tailored for the athlete.

Sam enjoys the training. He likes the one on one training and feedback. Especially when you run with and provide advice.

Training is top notch! Very Specific to my sport instead of general training. My running form and mechanics have progressed steadily; I know this because I watch film of my running form.

I loved every bit of the training and how it benefited me for my professional career. I progressed in every workout I had for the CFL.
