Here at T3 training we want to make learning fun and enjoyable. Our main goal is for our clients to benefit from their experience with us. We focus mainly on speed and conditioning because these skills are a necessity to majority of sports. We believe that if you have these skills, you will be fully equipped to participate in a wide range of sports.
Our coaches are former Division 1 athletes/coaches and they know what it takes to be successful and get to the next level. They are BIG EAST CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS and NATIONAL QUALIFIERS. The coaches bring a vast amount of experience from working with different level athletes and sports (including NFL players).
Every customer is unique. That’s why we customize every one of our workouts to fit your needs exactly.
Whether it’s a short-term or long-term goal, we’ll sit down with you, listen to your goals, and prepare a customized workout.
The goals are simple: Domination of the region and take over the Ohio scene. We will not accept taking the back seat to anyone.
We are setting the foundation for what will be the next powerhouse of our sport. We will do it the right way, but our way.
Assessment
We assess the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete through observation of running technique and execution of specific drills.
Planning
We develop a training plan for each athlete based on the assessment with individual goals and measurable KPIs
Implementation
We implement by isolating and focusing on individual weaknesses until all areas of weakness are addressed
Evaluation
We perform simple evaluations which are compared to the initial assessment.
The training was custom-made to my daughter's strengths and limiting factors. I appreciate that the training is not cookie cutter and tailored for the athlete.
Middle School (Sprints, Hurdles & Long Jump)
Sam enjoys the training. He likes the one on one training and feedback. Especially when you run with and provide advice.
Elementary School (Middle Distance and Multi-Events)
Training is top notch! Very Specific to my sport instead of general training. My running form and mechanics have progressed steadily; I know this because I watch film of my running form.
High School Running Back
I loved every bit of the training and how it benefited me for my professional career. I progressed in every workout I had for the CFL.
