  • What ages do you train?

    T3 Elite Training works with athletes of all ages and skill levels. Most athletes begin training around age 10, but we also work with younger athletes who are ready to learn proper movement and training fundamentals. Our programs are tailored to each athlete's age, experience, and developmental needs.

  • Where do training sessions take place?

    Training sessions are typically held at Hastings Middle School (1850 Hastings Lane, Upper Arlington, OH 43220). We can also arrange training at your preferred location when available.

  • How do I schedule sessions?

    After selecting a training package, simply submit a training request through our website. Coach T will contact you to discuss goals, availability, and scheduling options that work best for your athlete.

  • What should my athlete bring?

    Athletes should bring water, running shoes, and comfortable athletic clothing. Because weather conditions can vary throughout the year, we recommend dressing in layers to stay comfortable during outdoor training sessions.
